3. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

8. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to reserve your spot.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee (100% of the service booked).
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Severability
If a provision is deemed invalid, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
